Carmine DiVencenzo was born in Teramo, Civitella, Abruzzi, Italy, and came to the US in 1903 sailing from Naples. His father was Bernard DiVincenzo, born in Italy. I only know of him from Carmine's Pennsylvania Death Certificate. I do not know when Bernard was born nor when nor where he died. I do not know Carmine's mother's name. Carmine's wife, Anna, was raised in a convent from the age of 10 because her parents had died.
Their first daughter, Concetta, was born in Italy; her husband, Pasquale DeSensi (born 1896), was the first cousin of the Charles (Pasquale) DeSensi (born 1898) who married her sister, Teresa, who was born in Pennsylvania.
