The DeSensi family lived in Nicasto, Italy. John DeSensi (#3 generation) came to the U.S. to the state of Pennsylvania. He became a citizen and then returned to Italy to marry and begin his family; some children were born in Italy and some in Pennsylvania. There are other DeSensi's in the United States who are likely descendants of the generation #1 DeSensi, but I do not know their connections. Other DeSensi's emmigrated to Australia. I have more information on his (John DeSensi, #3) descendants but need information on other branches of this family.
